The Collections of the Wehrgeschichtliches Museum in Rastatt - Fortifications

Books on fortifications - part of the collection of the Wehrgeschichtliches Museum in Rastatt. The first volume is about models of fortifications according to Alexander von Zastrow ("Festungsmodelle nach Alexander von Zastrow") - 66 pages and illustrated with 16 photos in colour of models (a.o. Dürer, Freitag, Coehoorn, Vauban, Specklin, Rimpler, Montalembert, Carnot) and 2 folding plates with altogether 20 drawings.

The second volume, "Plane von Festungen und befestigten Städten", has 60 pages with 16 photos in colour and 2 folding plans.

 Written in German and  in VERY GOOD shape RARE!!
