The book describes the history and architectural characteristics of the Skåne-Linjen, a 20th century defenceline built along the Swedis south-coast during World War Two. This  defenceline consisted of more than 1000 relatively small concrete bunkers, mostly armed with (heavy) machineguns or some with anti-tank guns or tank turrets. 4 Coastal batteries were also part of the Skåne-Linjen. This book tells the history and shows exactly where to find the remaining structures and what's left of them - and that A LOT!
