Divisional history of the German 35th Infantry-Division and their deployment in France and Russia in World War Two. The 35th Infantry-Division took part in the Westfeldzug of 1940 - Eastern-Belgium and Albert Canal, from the Dyle-Position to the Charleroi-Canal, battle at the River Scheldt, battle of West-Flanders and Lille and Dunkirk. In 1941 the Division was moved to Russia - Bialystok, Smolensk, Wjasma, Moscow, Gshatsk-position, Dorogobusch, Pronja-position. From there backwards to the River Weichsel and the Narew-Arch north of Warsaw, East-Prussia and Danzig, were the Division surrendered.
